  As a homeowner, you hope to have a go-to expert for each field or industry that's relevant to your particular home. Mark is that guy for pest services and you are well served to choose his company for your needs. I've worked with him twice now, both times dealing with bees (bumble then yellow jacket). He successfully removed multiple nests, approaching his work in a careful and effective way. In sum, Mark's professional, knowledgeable, easy to communicate with and charges a reasonable cost for the pest service he provides.

  Since my girlfriend and I moved into this new place, she started getting bug-bites on her ankles. Couldn't figure out what it was. Never found a bug. Three weeks later I wake up to discover a small red bug which I immediately research and learn that my worst nightmare has come true. I had bedbugs. Called Buggsies that morning and I had a laundry list of questions for the guy which he answered calmly and nicely even though I'm pretty freaked out at the time. He gave me an extremely reasonable quote, and was willing to come within very short notice. When Mark showed up he took care of the problem quickly, with precision, and was extremely informative, answering all my questions and making some effective suggestions about what I could do to assure that these little nightmares never returned. It's been over a week now, and I have checked often for the insects, but I haven't seen even one. I'm really happy to have this guy in my area to take care of this kind of thing. It's obvious that he cares about doing the job correctly, and he's not over-charging like some other businesses out there are. I can't say enough about how thankful I am to be rid of these things, and about how Buggsies made the entire situation much less stressful and overwhelming. Thanks, again.
