The original owner was a wonderful woman who was very skilled and personable. I NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THE OLD OWNER. Fast forward to today NOW THERE IS A YOUNG WOMAN who lacks knowledge, people skills and had nothing but poor excuses when i tried to explain why she is making me UNCOMFORTABLE. I spent money here today and was treated poorly!!! it appears the new young girl has trust issues and made me, the customer disappointed and UNCOMFORTABLE multiple times. VERY SAD TO LOSE A CUSTOMER BECAUSE OF MISERABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. I'll be buying from Amazon from now on.
